Work and Restless is a podcast featuring conversations about politics, culture, and society from the perspective of two guys — Kermit Ray Thomas & (my great-nephew!) Hobson McCain who are a little woke and a lot fed up. In this episode, the guys don’t talk at all. Black women take over the podcast to talk about police brutality, the black lives matter protests, and the forgotten stories of Black women that have been lost during this struggle. I was honored to be one of the women sharing in this intimate, intergenerational, insightful array of Black women’s perspectives about the tale of two pandemics.
